Air conditioning hose FR5
Light, flexible hose designed for industrial refrigeration systems (an alternative to copper tubes) and automotive air conditioning (for filling and testing functions only). In particular for freons (R22, R134a, R404a, R407c, R410a, R507) and compressor oils of the POE and PAG type. The hose in sizes from 1/12" to 1/4" can also be used for CO 2 (R-744) transfer - using CO 2 as a refrigerant requires pressures about 10 times higher than in the case of conventional freons. Inner layer: polyamide (PA), for diameters from 1/12" to 1/4" a PA mixture with TPE (thermoplastic elastomer). Reinforcement: polyester braid. Outer layer: micro-perforated, abrasion-resistant, polyurethane. Working pressure: from 45 bar to 120 bar, depending on the hose diameter. Working temperature: from -45°C to +130°C (for water and air up to +70°C).
